Ultimately responsible for controlling and performance management within the Benelux organisation, with a direct reporting line to the CFO and close collaboration with the executive team.

Managing multiple international controlling teams and acting as a strategic business partner for commercial, supply chain and corporate domains.

Responsible for end-to-end planning and control, including budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and governance.

 

Driven finance transformation and harmonisation of processes, including centralisation of controlling activities to a European Shared Service Centre and standardisation of reporting and cost allocation models.
